Every Oncallz integration is a URL of the form https://oncallz.com/api/ingest/YOUR_ROUTING_KEY. Create one under Integrations, copy its inbound URL and POST any JSON body to it.

There is no auth header to configure: the routing key in the URL is the secret, and each key accepts up to 300 events per minute.

Oncallz reads the title from payload.summary, summary, title, subject or message (in that order).

Severity comes from payload.severity, severity, level or priority: critical, error, warning and info map directly, common synonyms such as high, medium, low, warn or fatal are translated, and anything unrecognised becomes critical.

The source host comes from payload.source, source, host or hostname, and the full body is kept on the incident for the responder to inspect.

Duplicates are grouped by the dedup_key field when you send one. Without it, each integration follows its own duplicate setting: always create new, group by title, or group by the source tool's ID (id, incident_id, issue_id, event.id or alert.id).

Send event_action set to acknowledge or resolve with the same dedup_key to close the loop. A status, state or trigger field that starts with resolv, clos or recover also resolves, and one that starts with ack acknowledges.
