Common topics
- Notifications — make sure notification permission is granted on your device and your phone number is verified in More → Phone verification for SMS and voice pages.
- Signing in — use the same email and password as the web app. You can also continue in the browser from the mobile login screen.
- Incidents — acknowledge, resolve, comment on, or reopen incidents from the incident list or detail screen.
- On-call — view current coverage on the On-call tab; schedules are managed in the web app.
